English Premier League

Free Pick #1:

Manchester City vs Swansea UNDER 2.5 goals (+110) Take 5 units to win 5.5 units

Pick Analysis: Of the 8 EPL games this weekend only 2 went over the 2.5 Total, as Bolton won 4-0, and Manchester United needed a 81st min. own goal by West Bromwich to go get their 2-1 victory that went over the total. We expect to get a great defensive game from Swansea, who will be making their EPL debut tonight, against Manchester City, who has had it’s series of offseason distractions as Carlos Tevez has asked to get his release from the club, but Manchester City did not make any moves. This game will be a battle between in midfield, and goals will be hard to come about tonight. I do expect Tevez to possibly find the back of the net, once, but other than that, expect less than 3 goals in tonight’s featured game. Risk a max 5% of your bankroll on the UNDER 2.5 goals.

Free Pick #2:

Houston Texans vs New York Jets OVER 34.5 (-110) (Risk 4.4 units to win 4 units)

Guaranteed Pick:

Milwaukee Brewers ML (-162) over Los Angeles Dodgers. (Risk 16.2 units to win 10 units)

Pick Analysis: Brewers have been so money at home this season, and Ted Lilly has been the Dodgers’ worst pitcher this season. Randy Wolf is 5-2 this season when he pitches at home, and we expect him to continue his winning ways at home. He has won his last 3 home starts. Ted Lilly is 2-5 in his road starts his season, and has lost his last 3 road starts, as the Dodgers have given him 5 runs total in run support in his last 3 road starts. Expect the Brewers to score first and often, and therefore we guarantee a victory for the Brewers today. Risk to win 10 units on the Brewers tonight.

Premium Play #1:

Minnesota Twins ML (+136) over Detroit Tigers. (Risk 5 units to win 6.8 units)

Pick Analysis: Hard to believe that Francisco Liriano pitched a no-hitter early this year, as the Twins have only won 9 of his 21 starts this season. Last time Liriano pitched against the Tigers he lasted 2.1 innings, in a 2-5 home loss. This is a revenge spot for the Twins who have struggled as of late, and will need Liriano’s best stuff in order to outduel Detroit’s Porcello. We expect the Twins to take advantage of this spot, and to hit Porcello well tonight. This is a risky play, but sometimes it takes some big balls to KaSh, so we will risk 5 units on this underdog, and hopefully we can get the best of the situation tonight.

Premium Play #2:

Oakland A’s ML (-167) over Baltimore Orioles (Risk 5 units to win 3.01 units)

Pick Analysis: Gio Gonzalez has struggled as of late, losing his last 4 starts. However, Gio Gonzalez is still 7-3 in his 10 home starts this season, and will have the opportunity to get back to his winning ways as the Baltimore Orioles come to town, and this is a perfect chance for Gio Gonzalez to get his first win in over a month! Risk 5 units on the A’s to win tonight.

Premium Play #3

Florida Marlins vs Colorado Rockies OVER 9.5 Runs (-120) (Risk 6 units to win 5 units)

Pick Analysis: Clay Hensley will be on the road facing off against Kevin Millwood in a hitter’s ballpark tonight, and this game will go over the total before the 6th inning. The Florida Marlins have a young lineup, but have the ability to score runs in these types of environment and ballpark. Rockies ballpark is known for OVERS, as Games average 10.54 runs a game so far this season in Coors Field. This is strictly a system play, and therefore we recommend to risk to win 5 units over the OVER 9.5 runs in this matchup.

Premium Play #4:

New York Mets vs San Diego Padres OVER 7 Runs (+100) (Risk 5 units to win 5 units)

Pick Analysis: Really nice pitching matchup between Dickey and Harang in San Diego tonight, however, the last 6 starts by Harang have gone over the total, 7 of his 10 home starts have gone over the total, and 13 of his 19 starts this season have gone over the total. Harang has an ERA of 3.95, and faces R.A. Dickey, who also tends to have games go over the Total, as 7 of his 12 road have gone over, and the Mets have given Dickey very good run support as of late. Risk 5 units on the OVER 7 in this match up.

Key2Kash’s Premium Plays Sunday, August 14th

Premium Play #1:

Philadelphia Phillies RL -1.5 (-130) over Washington Nationals. 1:35pm EST (Risk 13.0 units to win 10 units)

Pick Analysis: This play might be my “squarest” play of the year. Roy Halladay, who is running away with the NL CY Young Award, as in 24 starts this year has resulted in 20 victories for the Phillies, faces off against Chien-Ming Wang who outside of his last start, a victory over the Cubs, has really struggled to get batters out. Roy Halladay already has 4 convincing victories when listed as a -180 home favorite or higher, including covering the Run Line in all his 3 starts as a -200 favorite or higher. We expect the Phillies to start first and often, and don’t expect the Nationals to score more than 2 runs today. This is also a grudge match, as the Nationals stole game 1 when Cole Hamels was listed as a -300 favorite in game 1, but Roy Halladay is 10 times more effective than Cole Hamels. Our max bet is usually 5 units but in situations like this, We are risking to win 10 units on the Phillies to cover the Run Line. Halladay will get the job done.

Premium Play #2:

Houston Astros RL +1.5 (-130) over Los Angeles Dodgers. 4:10pm EST (Risk 4 units to win 3.07 units)

Pick Analysis: The Houston Astros have been playing terrible baseball, as so far have lost the first 2 matches in LA. For Game 3, Houston will have Jordan Lyles on the mound, and the Astros have only won 2 of his 13 starts this year. However, Houston has been losing 1 run games in most of his starts, and we expect Houston to get after Kuroda today and score some runs on him, and will have the opportunity to potential win the game outright, but we will take the safer route, and take Risk 4 units on Houston to cover the run line, Dodgers will have some difficulty scoring runs, as they have most of this season.

Premium Play #3:

Los Angeles Angels vs Toronto Blue Jays UNDER 7.5 Runs (-110). 1:07pm EST (Risk 4.4 units to win 4 units)

Pick Analysis: 2 AL premier pitchers take the mound today, as the Angels send Dan Haren to face off against Brett Cecil, in a Game 3 grudge match to determine who will win the series. 7 of 14 games on the road for Dan Haren have gone under the total, and 5 of 6 games for Brett Cecil at home have gone under the total, I expect Brett Cecil to continue his dominating ways, and Dan Haren to try to improve his numbers, and especially the way the Blue Jays won last night, I expect this game to go by really fast, with these pitchers getting easy outs in key situations. Risk 4.4 units on the Angels/Jays game to stay UNDER 7.5 runs today.

English Premier League

Chelsea FC ML (-110) over Stoke City. 8:30am EST (Risk 3.3 units to win 3 units)

Pick Analysis: We got buried last night, as all 3 of our EPL picks ended in Draws, which was very frustrating. However, this set up a great situation for Chelsea to get a 2 point early lead with an away victory against Stoke City today. Chelsea will need to play a very good defensive game to get all 3 points today, which they always do, in order to get some strong counterattacks from their strikers, Fernando Torres, Didier Drogba, or Nicholas Anelka who will need to open up the scoring early, in order to set the tone for the season for Chelsea. Risk 3.3 units on Chelsea to get the away victory today.

Manchester United ML (-163) over West Brom. 11:00am EST (Risk 8.15 units to win 5 units)

Pick Analysis: Again we are taking the better team in this matchup, and Manchester United will need to take full advantage of this West Brom matchup, to also get the full 3 points on the road. Last year, Manchester United had some difficulty to get away victories, but I expect this game to end in a 2-0, 2-1 final, and therefore we are risking to win a full 5 units on Manchester United to get the away victory.

FIFA U-20 World Cup Quarterfinals

Nigeria U-20 to Qualify (-138) over France U-20. 4:00pm EST (Risk 6.9 units to win 5 units)

Pick Analysis: Nigeria U-20 has yet to allow a single goal in the tournament this year, and faces a very beatable France team in the Quarterfinals. As the only remaining African team left in the tournament, expect a great performance from Nigeria. Because, so many of these games have ended in draws, we are taking the safer route, and taking Nigeria to qualify over France to find themselves with a semifinal spot in the U-20 FIFA Championships. Risk to win 5 units on Nigeria to qualify.

June 8th, 2011 – Key2KaSh Picks Daily Winners – Free Pick

NHL 2-0 (+6.05 Units)

Take Vancouver Canucks ML (+110) over Boston Bruins. 8:00pm EST (Risk 2 units to win 2.2 units).

I apologize for the late post today, as I waited for the all the Bruins money to be booked all day today, so I could get the Canucks at plus money (which they are right now at +110 ML). Great value considering they are just 2 wins away from winning the Stanley Cup. If you have been following my picks, I had the Canucks’ Game 3 win as my **BEST BET** Guaranteed Pick of the Day and the Bruins’ thrashing of the Canucks in Game 4, also as my Best Bet, so I do strongly believe I have a strong hold on how these games will turn out in this series. My main reason to back the Canucks tonight, has to do with the fact that Nathan Horton will not be returning to the Bruins for the remainder of the Stanley Cup Finals, after getting knocked out in the first period of a scoreless Game 3. From the public’s view, Bruins won 8-1 without Nathan Horton, and believe the Bruins will easily win tonight. I strongly disagree with that, I could not pass the chance of getting the Canucks at “plus money”. In addition, Hendrik Sedin has been held without a single shot on goal throughout the first 3 games, which did not happen in any 3-game span anytime during the season. Therefore, I expect the Canucks’ Captain to take a different approach to tonight’s game, and have a strong impact offensively (He currently leads the playoffs with 21 assists). Roberto Luongo will need to out play Tim Thomas tonight, in order to give his team a chance, and I do expect him to have a solid game tonight. This game will be a tight game, but I expect the Canucks to open up the scoring, and take control of the game late, and the series, in order to finish it out in Game 5 back in Vancouver. I look to bounce back in my free plays, and will gladly take the Canucks to WIN tonight for 2 units.

Saturday, June 4th, 2011 – Key2KaSh Picks Daily Winners – Free Picks

Yesterday’s free picks with Karim Benzema and France -1 in the Euro Qualifier did not go as planned, as France allowed an OWN GOAL in the 20th min, but Chelsea’s Florent Malouda quickly responded with a beautiful strike of his own to equalize. Karim Benzema had multiple chances to find the back the net, and in the 86th min, received a great pass, followed with a great strike that would have had France up 2-1, however was called offside, with disallowed the goal, therefore, losing the chance to push the France -1 play, and losing the Benzema scoring play.

Today we have 3 free picks scheduled to win! Looking to bounce back strong after the disappointing start to the free plays yesterday. (Premium subscribers went 3-1, +$607.17 last night). I really like the free picks tonight, I hope we all KaSh these today, and then sweep my premium picks tonight! Let’s get the money flowing today as we do everyday.

  MLB: 8-6 (+8.67 Units)

1) Take Boston Red Sox -1.5 (+120) over Oakland Athletics. (Risk 1 unit to WIN 1.20 units) 1:05pm EST

A’s look to bounce back from yesterday’s loss after starting the game with a 4-0 lead, but were not able to keep the lead, as the powerful Red Sox’s bats rallied to eventually win the game 8-6, covering the -1.5 run line. Trevor Cahill (6-3, -$67 on ML) will be on the mound this afternoon leading the A’s, while facing off versus Josh Beckett (4-2, +182), who has had a very solid season so far. However, the Red Sox offense will easily over-match the Athletics, and will look to capitalize on any of Cahill’s mistakes early, and if the Red Sox get off to a good start offensively, it will be very unlikely that the A’s who’s ranked in the bottom 25 in Runs Scored, Batting Avg., On-Base Pct., and Slugging Pct., will have the ability to produce enough runs to stay within the run line. This game has blowout written already over it, and may even get out of hand before the 5th inning. Look for Boston to get in a groove early offensively, and for Josh Beckett to pitch a gem of a game. Take Red Sox to COVER the Run-Line for 1 unit.

Euro 2012 Qualifying 0-2 (-2.00 units)

2.) Take Portugal -1.5 (+103) over Norway. (Risk 1 unit to win 1.03 units) 4:00pm EST

Euro 2012 Qualifier has a mismatch this afternoon, as a talented Portuguese team will look to take care of business versus Norway in front of its home crowd. I’m expecting a high-scoring game here, however, I strongly believe it will be a one-side match. Portugal opened as -275 home favorites, and will look to prove that they are a top team in Europe. Portugal will have its A-team roster on the field as Cristiano Ronaldo is listed as a starter, and is coming off a season with Real Madrid where he score over 50 goals for his club in all competitions, breaking a La Liga scoring record. Cristiano Ronaldo scores at will, and will look to do what his Real Madrid teammate could not do for France yesterday. I expect this to be a 3-0 win for Portugal, as the Portuguese will dominate on both sides of the field. Miguel Hugo Almeida, Helder Postiga, and Luis Nani will also look to find the score sheet today, as they are projected as the next highest scoring probability today. This game could get ugly fast for Norway. Take Portugal to COVER the -1.5 goal spread for 1 unit.

1.) Take Cristiano Ronaldo to SCORE (-175) vs Norway. 4:00pm EST (Risk 2 units to win 1.14 units).

Cristiano Ronaldo really makes soccer look easy. He has dominated in every competition he has ever been in. Scoring a record 40 goals this season in 34 La Liga matches, 7 goals in 10 Copa Del Rey matches, and 6 goals in 12 Champions League matches, which led to him having his best scoring season as pro. (He scored 42 goals in 49 matches while with Manchester United during the 2007-08 season). Norway is not known for their defense, and the least I expect for Cristiano Ronaldo is one goal, and would not be surprised if he had 2 or even finished with a late goal to complete the hat trick. We will play it safe tonight, and just take Cristiano Ronaldo to SCORE anytime vs Norway for 2 units.

Friday, June 3rd, 2011 – Key2KaSh Picks Daily Winners – Free Picks

Yesterday, marked my first losing day since I’ve started documented my plays on I did not expect to be perfect every day, and took advantage of results and reviewed what I had  handicapped in my notes and how games turned actually out, and made some minor changes, in order to perfect how I handicap games.

In order to make up for the losing day, I will be posting my 2 FREE plays for my viewers. I also have a strong MLB premium card on deck, as I look to bounce back tonight with a positive day, in order to set the trend for the weekend ahead. Hope you all take advantage of my Free plays today, as I believe both have a really great chance of KaShing.

Euro 2012 Qualifying 0-0 (0.00 Units)

1.) Take France -1 (+110) over Belarus. (Risk 1 unit to win 1.1 unit). 2:50pm EST

France has been playing very well with its new, younger roster every since their epic collapse in the 2010 World Cup. They find themselves on a 7-game unbeaten streak, with key wins in Euro 2012 Qualifying over Luxembourg (twice), Romania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and also wins in International Friendly versus Brazil, and England, will definitely boost the morale of a team that was devastated by how the last World Cup turned out, especially with such high expectations coming in. Ironically, their last defeat was to Belarus, who shocked the French team with an 86th min goal, back on September 3rd, 2010. In match-up today, France will have their full roster ready to go, as Real Madrid star striker is listed as a starter, as well as Frank Ribery, Florent Malouda, and Samir Nasri, who will do their best to revenge the previous loss to Belarus in a convincing manner. I expect France to take lead early, dominate throughout, and not look back at all. Take France to COVER the -1 spread for 1 unit.

2. ) Take Karim Benzema to SCORE anytime (-105) vs Belarus. (Risk 1 unit to win .95 units) 2:50pm EST

This second Free pick correlates well with our first free pick. In order for France to get their revenge win on the road against Belarus, Real Madrid star striker will need to bring his A-game, and I expect him to do just that. Benzema had a very decent season for Real Madrid, finishing with 15 league goals, 5 goals during Copa del Rey, and 6 goals in Champions League competition, totaling 26 goals in 48 matches while playing in the shadow of Cristiano Ronaldo, Adebayor, KaKa, and not always getting enough minutes, despite being one of the top strikers in the world. Benzema did not suit for France during their defeat to Belarus, and will look to get on the score sheet early, and may even get multiple goals tonight, in order for France to win convincingly in today’s match. In a time when France needs a spark offensively, I strongly believe Benzema will score anytime during this match. Take Karim Benzema to SCORE anytime for 1 unit.

Thursday, June 2nd, 2011 Key2KaSh Picks Daily Winners – FREE Pick

MLB: 4-2 (+7.44 Units)

I have 4 MLB Plays (1 Free, 2 Premium, 1 Guaranteed) that are ready to KaSh tonight. I apologize for the late post today, as I’ve been trying to make sure these were my best plays of the night, and they are. I look forward in KaShing these plays with you tonight.

1.)  **FREE PICK** Take Arizona Diamondbacks ML (-121) over Washington Nationals. (Risk 1 unit to win 0.83 units). 9:40 P.M. EST

Diamondbacks who have  been on fire over the past 2 and half weeks (16-3 L19 games), send their newest starting pitcher Zach Duke (1-0, +$125 on ML), who looks to continue his amazing recovery from a serious injury last year, which led him to miss all of April this year, and most of May. However, Zach Duke was very impressive in his first start of the season, Duke allowed three hits over seven innings and hit an opposite-field, three-run homer (first of his career) in his first game of the season, leading the Arizona Diamondbacks to an 11-3 victory over the Houston Astros on Saturday night. He will be facing off against Washington Nationals right-handed pitcher Jordan Zimmermann (2-6, -$370), who has lost his last 2 decision, and the Nationals six of the last eight games his has started. He has not received much help from his Nationals’ teammates, as they have only managed to produce more than 5 runs only once this year when he has started. Expect the Arizona Diamondbacks bats to light him up early, and for Zach Duke to get early in the pitch count and shut down the Nationals’ lineup that ranked in the bottom 23 in Run Scored, Batting Avg., On-Base Pct., and Slugging Pct. Take the Diamondbacks to WIN for 1 unit.

Wednesday, June 1st, 2011 – Key2KaSh Picks Daily Winners (Part 2)

Lines & actual bets placed on

MLB – Overall: 3-1 (+5.04 Units) 1-1 earlier today (-0.36 units)

1.) **BEST BET** Take Pittsburgh Pirates ML (+110) over New York Mets. (Risk 4 units to win 4.4 units). 7:05 P.M. EST

Pirates look to finish their 3-game series against the New York Mets tonight, as they send in their ace pitcher Kevin Correia (7-4, +$568 on ML) who is seeking his MLB-leading 8th win of the season. Pirates split the first 2 games of the series, and will be facing Mets’ Pitcher Chris Capuano (3-6, -$308 on ML) tonight. Mets have lost 5 of last 6 games Capuano started, where Capuano failed to last longer than 7 innings in each of those games. Kevin Correia will look to get in a groove early, as 6 of his 7 wins have been away from PNC Park, is coming off a 7 inning of scoreless baseball against the Cubs at Wrigley Field in his last start. Expect him to shut down the Mets lineup who’s ranked 25th in runs scored this year, and his Pirates teammates will look to produce enough for Correia to get the 8th win. Take the Pirates to WIN for 4 units.

2.) Take St. Louis Cardinals ML (+102) over San Francisco Giants. (Risk 2 units to WIN 2.04 units) 8:15 EST on ESPN

The Cardinals send Jake Westbrook (5-3, +$396 on ML) to face off against 2-time Cy Young winner Tim Lincecum (5-4, +$163 on ML). I expect this to be a low-scoring pitchers’ duel as Westbrook will need to go at least 7 innings strong and match Lincecum pitch for pitch in order for the Cardinals to have a chance at winning this game, and I expect him to do just that. Cardinals’ power lineup will give Lincecum problems, as they rank in the top 10 in Runs Scored (7th), Batting Avg. (3rd), and On-Base Pct. (1st). While the Giants offense has been very sluggish so far this year ranking in the bottom 20 in all four major categories: Runs Scored (25th), Batting Avg. (22nd), On-Base Pct. (23rd), and Slugging Pct. (25th). It could take until the late inning for the outcome to be decided, but I strongly believe Cardinals will take the lead early, and not look back at all. Take Cardinals to WIN for 2 units.
